About the Role

Drive the successful delivery of complex software projects by coordinating engineering teams, managing sprints, and removing blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint planning.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track team velocity and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing technical software projects.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP Certification.
• Prior experience as a software developer.
