Founding Sales Enablement Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Founding Sales Enablement Lead to drive the vision and execution of our core initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value and user needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison bridging engineering, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate rapidly based on market feedback.
- Maintain an understanding of our technical ecosystem, including Salesforce, to guide feasibility.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of proven experience in product management, growth strategy, or equivalent leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong framework for prioritization and resource allocation.
- Prior experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments.
