About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Founding Engineer/Tech Lead to take ownership of critical engineering projects. In this role, you will build scalable, secure, and robust solutions using Go, PostgreSQL, GCP, React.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable software solutions aligned with Founding Engineer/Tech Lead requirements.
- Leverage Go, PostgreSQL, GCP, React to architect resilient backend services or full-stack features.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams to define software requirements and technical scoping.
- Maintain exceptional code quality through rigorous automated testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews.
Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
- Strong, demonstrable proficiency working with Go, PostgreSQL, GCP, React.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, APIs, and modern deployment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
