Backend Engineer

About the Role

Focus purely on server-side logic, database architecture, and API development to power our suite of web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build highly scalable server-side applications.
• Implement secure and efficient data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Write clean, comprehensive technical documentation for API consumers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong experience with REST API and gRPC design.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and message queues.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis or Memcached.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
